WHAT DOES PIERSON PTSA DO?
We support parents, teachers, and students to enhance the educational and social experiences in our Pierson MS/HS community.
ADVOCACY
The Pierson PTSA is an advocacy organization working to initiate and support policies, events and a community that benefits students.
SCHOOL PHOTOS & BOOK FAIRS
Say "cheese"! The annual senior and all-school photos are organized by the PTSA.

We support the school book fair to champion literacy and earn funds for our school library to add new titles.
SOCIAL EVENTS
We host, assist and /or promote social events that build community, spirit, and awareness.

Events we organize are Homecoming, Prom Red Carpet, Trivia Night, Glow Tournaments, Half Court Shot Contest and more. If you have an idea for an event that you would like to see the PTSA host please contact us.
SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS
The Pierson PTSA awards scholarships to graduating seniors heading to college or vocational training.
Mini-grants are available to teachers to support training, creativity, and educational programming in and out of the classroom.

The PTSA provides support for students in need to attend class trips and
events like Prom.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Pierson PTSA believes it is important for individuals to be part of the local and global community. Pierson PTSA promotes and gets involved in a variety of community service projects on different levels.
We also offer community service opportunities for students.
FUNDRAISING
To support our school & community initiatives, the PTSA holds fundraisers each year like the Parents Night Fundraiser, spirit wear sales and more. New ideas and volunteers are always welcome!
